C3 LARGE THRUST SCREW
The X and Z-axis use Φ63 ground C3 high precision large thrust screw with groups of imported angular contact bearings, double-side support and pre-stretching to ensure transmission accuracy.
ROBUST WORKTABLE
It adopts steady T-bed structure with widened lower slide saddle to improve the rigidity and good stability for rapid movement. The base casting is machined by high precision five-sided gantry, which can complete milling, drilling and tapping of five sides with only one clamping. It reduces the clamping error and improves the machining accuracy.
